I am a qualified, experienced, self-driven, sales and service oriented Manager focused towards greater heights of achievements of the highest standards in all fields of the Hospitality industry.

I am responsible for the overall hotel operations which include managing changes, planning, controlling and coordinating while participating and directing all the activities within the departments engaged in daily tasks of customer service delivery.

I am also responsible for creating measurable financial Goals by maximizing sales potentials at the same time promoting desired culture around and about the product. My overall role as a manager in this position is to maximize revenue and profits through customer satisfaction and repeat business. I am able to achieve this role by being effective & efficient in managing time, resource and Manpower.

I strive to create the best working environment for my staff while consistently building a professional team to achieve all our set goals and objectives collectively. I also train staff how to improve in their performance by defining problems and gaining commitment to corrective action and also being able to improve performance of others through on the job training. I strongly believe in taking authority to achieve results and be accountable for the outcome.
